The cult of Saint Roch is rooted in the whole world since over six centuries, thus it is impossible to produce a synopsis. Thus we decided to publish a series of files describing what we have found during our research activity.


We wish to make clear that the distinction in two series of cities does not imply any judgement from us; simply, considered the characteristics of our «Centre for Studies», we have divided the cities that actually were the set of the historical events of the Saint’s life from those – so many! – related to the Saint for purely devotional causes.
